The Blue Note Jazz Club is historically known for its legendary sets by some of the best artists in history. Ray Charles cemented himself in history while performing there, and even modern greats like Saba have put on amazing shows. Since the venue regularly hosts outstanding performances, it was expected that someone as talented as Kota the Friend would take the stage at Blue Note Jazz Club. After performing two shows a day for two days straight, the Brooklyn native held his final show on the night of December 3rd. If there is one thing for sure about that show, it is that the full house of fans will never forget it.

I had the absolute pleasure of being able to attend probably something my 14 year old self would have gone insane for. Jones Beach Theater was sold out for the one and only Big Time Rush. A crowd of custom t-shirts and hats filled the stands at one of the most beautiful venues I had ever been to. Right on the water The Northwell at Jones Beach is exactly where I would want to be to listen to my childhood favorite band while the sun is setting on the water. The energy in the crowd was electric from the moment the gates opened, and by the end of the night, it was clear: Big Time Rush hasn’t missed a beat.
Capitol Hill Block Party’s first fully 21+ weekend felt like a long-overdue breath of fresh air. Gone were the endless ID checks and fenced-off beer pens replaced with open streets, free-flowing drinks, and a whole new kind of festival ease. With Capitol Hill’s core bars naturally lining the two-block stretch, ID checks moved to the entrance and the streets turned into one giant, unbothered block party. Foot traffic flowed, drinks stayed in hand, and the good vibes stretched from one end of Pike to the other. Read more here…

These settings provide people with a sense of belonging, with a way to nurture connection…. Read More Here
